This is a rare and highly exciting opportunity for an experienced recruitment consultant or internal recruiter to join an innovative and entrepreneurial business with huge growth plans based in Stevenage.
Our client benefits from having a great reputation within the Health & Social Care sector and are in the early stages of forming it’s senior leadership team within a new recruitment arm to the business and are actively looking for a passionate, talented and highly experienced recruiter to help set this up.
This is a standalone position and the successful candidate will have a least three years recruitment experience working across a multitude of different roles. If you have experience working on a start-up desk or within the care sector this will be an advantage, although not essential.
You will be a team player who is innovate, enthusiastic and thrives in working in a fast paced, energetic environment as well as having the ability to identify and communicate key business needs and timelines.

Responsible for manging the whole recruitment lifecycle from creating appropriate strategies to identifying and attracting talent
Previous recruitment/Internal recruiting experience essential
Support the Directors in providing a high volume care workers to existing clients nationally across the UK
Managing and maintaining direct hiring
Matching and telephone screening relevant candidates to vacancies
Organising interviews and sending relevant interview appointments
Design and develop appropriate tools and processes to support recruitment best practice
Provide feedback to hiring managers and candidates
Building excellent relationships with clients
Occasionally attending face-to-face client meetings
Offering full administrative support of the recruitment process including uploading job specs on to job boards
Negotiating offers and ensuring all paperwork is sent to prospective employees
Organising timesheets and payroll
Have an entrepreneurial and innovative approach to reach targets and exceeding expectations.
This role will suit somebody who is process driven, self-motivated, target driven and money motivated. Ideally you will have a full UK driving license and own vehicle.
