What is your biggest achievement throughout your career? I love running my own business and it’s been nice to win some business awards along the way. Getting the opportunity to work in Dubai was pretty cool as well.

I’ve had inspiring lecturers, friends as well as family members. I’m also fortunate to work with many successful business men/women that hugely inspire and motivate me. Talent comes in many forms and abilities.

Where do you see yourself in 5 years’ time? Still loving what I’m doing, with a growing team and even more happy candidates and clients. Being recognised as one of Hertfordshire’s leading Recruitment Agencies is my ultimate goal.

Any career regrets? – No! I’ve had an amazing career and have worked with some wonderful colleagues.

How many years’ experience within the industry do you have? – 10 years+

Dream job? I actually always wanted to be a weather girl or travel journalist.

Any hidden talents? That will have to be being an exceptional talent-spotter?

Favourite Quote? Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts. – Winston Churchill

Any Business Tips? Yes, go for it! Firstly, you’ve got to have a real passion for what you do and believe in yourself. Try not to focus on just making money from the start. Instead, focus on building an outstanding reputation and good, recognised brand. Do a better job than all the competition and repeat business will follow. Above everything, enjoy what you do and don’t put too much pressure on yourself. Stay modest and never lose your spark and sense of humour on your journey to success.
